About How We Started -- To say that Online Web Systems started out with very humble beginnings is an understatement!   Online Web Systems was simply an outgrowth of a ministry that the owner learned while working as an international school administrator in Korea.  Because of the owner’s vast background in computer systems, he was able to create websites at international schools’ that he worked at. After working as an international school director for over nine years, the owner returned to America and realized that many smaller companies, non-profits, churches and schools needed to market their products and services via a web presence.  Due to financial constraints, it was simply, to expensive, to pay for a website for many smaller companies and organizations. The business became very successful and in 2006, the company was approached about selling her client base to a major internet firm for a very large profit.  The company’s owner returned to being a business executive after selling the client base.  Since selling the client base, many of the owner’s business and former work associates have asked him to handle various web based needs such as HRIS development, web assessment, content, and web site consulting.  Online Web Systems is now a part time venture and will probably remain so.  Our company is now taking on a limited number of new clients. Please do not mistake that because this venture is not full time, our client dedication is limited.  Any project that is taken on by Online Web Systems will get the royal treatment in every sense of the term.  By keeping the client base small, Online Web Systems will be more able to devote a greater amount of attention and detail for every customer. Originally, our company was called, Pugsley Web Design & Hosting; however, since then we have branched out and offer more services.  We feel the new name, Online Web Systems, is a better representation of who we are and represents our mission and goals more correctly. Our Expertise -- The owner of Online Web Systems has been awarded many web site design awards for well over one dozen websites.  He knows through experience, trial, error, and research how to make websites and offers suggestions for clients to enhance the site presence.  Our company is able to offer assistance in content writing to help capture the essence and importance of key phrases as well.  In addition to a vast computer background, the owner formerly taught middle school English composition.  This attribute will help to ensure the customer’s sight will carve a clear point on website content management.
